This research focuses on the web-based information seeking tasks, which is rather subtle. It's interesting to know about the methodology of data collection of this research. The methodology of data collection was specially designed. It was not easy to collect data on how participants interact with their web browser.
Prof. Churchill mentioned that there are some constraints for this research and the results would be breakable if the limitations are not included. It's an important reminder for us if we want to conduct a naturalistic research in the future
